RIVALON GLA is a high-performance Lubricating and Anticreasing Agent specifically designed for use in atmospheric and high-pressure textile processing machinery. It functions by forming a thin, high-slip molecular film on the fabric surface, which significantly reduces fiber-to-fiber and fiber-to-metal friction. This internal lubrication prevents the formation of permanent "running creases," "crow’s feet," and rope marks during the high-turbulence cycles of scouring, bleaching, and dyeing, ensuring a smooth and uniform fabric appearance.

Application Guidelines:
Usage: Suitable for all stages of wet processing, including pretreatment and dyeing of cotton, synthetics, and their blends. It should be added to the machine at the start of the cycle before the fabric is loaded.
Dosing: Apply at 0.3 to 0.5 g/l. For heavy-weight fabrics or machines with high loading factors, the higher dosage is recommended for maximum protection.
